Warranty Details

All products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material for the period specified on your invoice. Your warranty begins from the date of purchase. The warranty applies only when installation instructions and manufacturer warranty requirements are followed in their entirety. Installation should be performed by a certified professional.

Unless a separate, optional, and specific warranty is purchased to cover such, the warranty does not cover any expenses incurred in the removal, installation and / or reinstallation of the product. Specifically, this warranty does not cover any expenses for time, rental, or other products not purchased from us, and does not cover any labor. The warranty covers repairing or replacing the purchased part. The warranty is offered only to the original purchaser of the product. The warranty does not apply, and is void, if the product has been damaged by abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, or alteration, or if it has been repaired by anyone other than us. The warranty will be void if the product fails due to improper installation. If the product proves defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period, it shall be returned along with the original sales invoice. Your original dated invoice is required for warranty eligibility. The product will, at our option, be replaced or repaired free of charge and returned to the original purchaser.

The express warranty set forth above is exclusive and no other warranties or any kind, whether statutory, oral, written, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose shall apply. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. The consumers exclusive remedies for breach of warranty and our only obligation arising out of or in connection with breach of warranty shall be those stated herein. We expressly disclaim liability for incidental and consequential damages caused by the product.
